- Group of 8 carved and painted
Canadian geese mounted in flight formation against a background
of blue sky and cumulous clouds. These figures were reportedly
carved and painted in the late 19th or early 20th century and
had some wear and losses when we acquired them. We did some necessary
restoration to several and mounted the group on the framed display
board. This piece measures approximately 4 feet long and is rigged
to hang. It is not very heavy however. (CN-37)
