- Very folky pair of penguins.
They were obviously carved by the same hand and were purchased
together, so are being sold as a pair. They each sit in a 3 point
stance, with the tail resting on the ground to provide additional
stability. 8" and 10" tall respectively. The taller
of the two had an old break to the bill visible in the photos,
but it is secure and not distracting. The carver is unknown and
probably wasn't highly skilled, but achieved very comical poses,
especially when they are placed facing one another as shown in
the photos. Circa probably early - mid 20th century. Original
