Dappled Horse Carving

Pert 19th century carved dappled horse with ears painted cocked forward. Appears to be all original. Holes in the feet indicate that it was attached to something at one time, possibly a board on wheels, since the size doesn't seem suitable for a rocking horse and the position of the feet would make attachment to a set of rockers problematic. It stands just fine on its own. Photos show a scotch tape dispenser on top of the horse's back for perspective. Approximately 2 feet high to top of head. American. (CF-22)
