- Early shorebird decoy with
tack eyes, mounted on a block of wood. Head was carved separately
and attached. Paint is old and may be original. Bill is carved
and probably inset. The dowel rod is glued in place on both ends
and cannot be removed without cutting it, but the bird displays
very well as is. Body is narrower than some, but it is not a
so-called "flattie". 10 ½" L x apprx. 8"
