 
- Maple burl scoop or butter
paddle in very good condition with good figure, 10"L x 4
3/4" W at widest point in scoop end. Bird effigy type handle.
Paddle end shows some wear to sides from use. Cord tie in handle
was a late addition. Origin Great Lakes region, probably Iroquois
made. Circa 19th century. Found in northern NY State. (BV-20)
